Full Story
Scene 1: The rain tapped on the roof. Harry, Mabel, Oliver, and Lily wanted a picnic but the rain wouldn't stop! What could they do?
Scene 2: Mom Mabel said, 'Let's have a picnic inside!' Everyone cheered. They began to find things to make it special!
Scene 3: Oliver and Lily found colorful papers. 'Let's draw a big sunshine!' said Oliver. They got to work with crayons.
Scene 4: Dad Harry brought out the sandwiches. 'Yum! Ham and cheese!' he said. They all smiled at the treat.
Scene 5: Mabel searched, 'Where is the picnic blanket?' We need it!' She peeked behind the pots and pans.
Scene 6: Oliver and Lily put their sunshine drawing up on the wall. 'Look!' they cheered. 'Now it feels warm!'
Scene 7: They sat down at the table, excited for their picnic. But then, they heard a loud 'THUMP!' from outside!
Scene 8: What was that? Could it be something special? 'Let's check!' said Harry, leading the way.
Scene 9: Outside, they found a little blue bird, shivering in the rain! 'Oh no!' said Lily. 'We must help!'
Scene 10: The hedgehogs gently brought the bird inside. 'You’re safe now!' said Mabel, tucking it in with love.
Scene 11: They all sat together, enjoying sandwiches and sharing stories. The rain felt cozy now — like a warm, big hug!
Scene 12: After the rain, they celebrated their special picnic indoors! 'Every day can be extraordinary!' they cheered together.
